Cannock Advertiser  22nd May 1969  Full story of the lives of Mr & Mrs Ernest Walker of 14, Station Street, Cheslyn Hay, celebrating 65 years of marriage.   22nd May 1969  Hawkins Sports became the first Cannock Chase Football League team to win the Walsall Challenge Cup when they defeated Celtic F.C.  Full report of the final.
