Stephen Pratt won the open 80 yards Foot Handicap at Hednesford on Saturday.
At the invitation of Mrs. Seedhouse connected with the Peace Celebrations assembled at the Red Lion where tea was provided with a Social Evening including patriotic songs.

A Inquest verdict was recorded that Sidney Hughes (83) of 5, Windsor Road, Cheslyn Hay, died from Pneumoconiosis and associated chest diseases on July 16th at his home.
