Following on from last week’s discussion on “The Rec” full Newspaper reports researched by Dave Washington are published, if anyone has any photographs past or present we would be very grateful for a copy, we only have a few in our archives.
We are hoping to increase our range of photographs for future generations to enjoy, and to help preserve a visual aspect of the changing village over the years. Have any of our readers got any photographs of the village or local people we could copy for our archives. You can call in at our base any Tuesday morning or email copies to the email address below. Many people now have their photos stored digitally on their phones or computers; we would welcome any copies of new and old photos from any source including photographic slides or negatives for our archives.
