Speakers Night  30th September 2021 at 7.30pm admission  £1.00 including refreshments. Our Speaker for the evening is Andrew French “The Rise & Rise of Morecombe & Wise Our opening hours are reduced 10.00 am until 1.00 pm. to allow time for us to provide a covid safe environment. We are providing hand sanitizer at the entrance and we would urge all visitors to use it. The wearing of facemasks will not be compulsory but we would encourage visitors to consider wearing a face mask to help protect themselves and other visitors.

General News  Last week we published  the sad news that Olive Mary Kendall nee Whitehouse, had passed away at her home in Ipswich, aged 97 years, We printed that it was her son  Ron Whitehouse who had informed us but in fact it was her brother Ron Whitehouse from Cannock . We would like to  apologise for our  mistake.
